One Account per Ingame World
Each player of Landwars is only allowed to play one account per ingame world. This does not include accounts which are accessed via the Account Sitting feature.
Sharing your password with any other player is strictly forbidden and any attempts to use multiple accounts in any form will be punishable. LandWars reserve the right to remove accounts from our servers if discovered.

Players who are Sharing an Internet Connection
While players are sharing an internet connection (and 24 hours thereafter) absolutely no interaction between the accounts is allowed. They are not allowed to send aid, support or besiege each other, besiege coordinated or interact in ANY other way. Regular sharing of a connection has to be reported via the ticket system and all interaction is forbidden permanently for those accounts.

Account Sitting
Account sitting is a temporary way to watch someones account while that person cannot log into his own account. While a player is account sitting for another player, no interactions (besiege/aid/support/co-ordination) are allowed between any accounts played on the account sitter's internet connection. That includes all other accounts which players on that connection are sitting. Any sitted account must be played for it's own benifit, accounts which are being used as push accounts will be banned.

It is not allowed to abuse the account sitting mode. Account sitters who intentionally destroy or seriously damage an account they are sitting will be punished. Abuse of the account sitting mode also includes using the function to in any way cheat or violate rules without being caught. While an account sitter who's clear intentions were to ruin the account owners work against his instructions will be punished, Landwars staff will not be able to repair the damage done to the account, make sure you set an account sitter you can trust.

Each and every account on Landwars must have an active owner, account sitting is not a permanent solution and if an account sitter is active for more than 14 days the account will be removed as inactive.

Gifting Cities
It is not allowed to give up any city to another user as a donation under any circumstances.

Communication
Do not harass other Users or members of staff using Landwars or any other chat medium provided by us. Do not make personal insults or unwanted personal remarks or real-life threats. Do not mention, refer to, link, and/or advertise the use or promotion of sexual, explicit, and/or otherwise inappropriate material, words, phrases, and/or slang. Threats and blackmailing of other players are allowed only if the context is entirely ingame. Political extreme, racist, pornographic or otherwise illegal statements are forbidden in the game (and any other medium offered by us). Phishing or blackmailing players for passwords in any way is strongly forbidden. LandWars and staff will never ask you for your password.

Language
Landwars is an English speaking game. English should be the only used language. All profiles, ingame forums etc must be written in English. It is not allowed to create clans solely for one nationality or language and/or to exclude/discriminate against other players because of their nationality. Tickets written in other languages may not get a reply. Repeated violations of this rule will lead to a punishment.

Bugs and glitches
Every player is obligated to report every bug immediately by submitting a ticket. Using bugs to gain any advantage ingame will lead to a ban or other punishment.

Bots and Scripts
LandWars has been developed to be used as a standalone script that does not have any 3rd party scripts involved.No other external scripts are to be used on LandWars that can affect the outcome of the game in any way.

Misc

LandWars has no control over the connection from the server to the general public, therefore there may be events that could cause the server to become offline meaning the site is unavailable, we cannot and will not be held responsible for events of this nature. LandWars and the staff will attempt to minimise damage caused from these events however.

LandWars stores information about your browsing session each time you visit our site in order to prevent fraudulent activities, none of this information is personal to yourself and cannot be used to identify you in any means. You as the user reserve the right to request that this information be removed from our servers or be able to view the information stored.

Landwars administration reserve the right to ban any account even if said account is not in violation of any of the above stated rules. We also reserve the right to add and amend any of the rules above with no prior notice.
